Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Inbound Sales Manager, responsible for generating additional revenue from both new and existing customers engaging through Inbound channels such as chat and phones.
  • Achieve quarterly targets set by the business, focusing on growth for key products including Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Firefly, and others.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to effectively demonstrate and drive growth for specified products.
  • Showcase solution-selling capabilities with a proven track record across various performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze, develop, and present customer insights to leaders using logical thinking.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts to meet assigned goals.
  • Maintain fundamental hygiene, floor discipline, and agent productivity metrics such as online hours and the number of chats/calls.
  • Enhance selling skills and knowledge of all Adobe solutions through continuous training, self-learning, and on-the-job insights.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is a mandatory requirement for this position.
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and comprehend Adobe products and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Ideal candidate should exhibit a “passionate” commitment to inside sales as a profession, recognizing it as the present and future of sales.
  • Ability to engage customers effectively and identify opportunities for value-based selling as opposed to transactional selling.

Preferred skills:

  • Preferably, candidates should have experience in North American sales and support processes, with a deep understanding of the nuances of selling in this region.
  • Capable of multitasking and comfortable switching between phone and chat to address multiple customer queries simultaneously.
  • Candidates with a background in IT sales, particularly with an understanding of SaaS and experience in selling in both B2B and B2C segments, will be given preference.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of the sales cycle, inside sales model, and a consultative selling approach. Basic familiarity with sales techniques such as BANT, sales funnel, and pipeline management is desirable.
  • Willingness to work in all geographic regions, including NA, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Minimum typing speed requirement of 40 words per minute for chat support.
