Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data such as call volumes, agent performance, and customer-related metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into effective data-driven solutions.
- Identify patterns, trends, and potential issues to recommend process improvements.
- Support ongoing efforts related to reporting, performance monitoring, and data analysis initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or reporting role, ideally within a call center or BPO environment.
- Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX formulas, and creating visualizations.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and PowerApps is a plus.
- Quick learner with a growth-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
