Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently without daily supervision; weekly check-ins will be conducted with the team.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, identifying small issues and enhancing the quality of work from good to exceptional.
- Adapt effectively to various personality types and work environments; capable of working independently as well as collaborating within a team.
- Assess and adjust priorities based on changing situations and urgency of tasks.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Be comfortable participating in video calls as part of regular communication and collaboration.
- Be available to work occasionally on weekends—typically once every couple of months—for early morning server upgrade and patch validation (around 5:00 AM EST for 1–2 hours).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hands-on experience in building data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Relevant professional experience in market research, people analytics, customer experience research, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistical methods.
- Experience working with SQL Server and performing database administration tasks.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and other data schema types.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake and star schema modeling.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently learn new tools and skills as required.
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach and a positive attitude towards overcoming project challenges and limitations.
