Key Responsibilities:
- Implement scalable data solutions for real-time decision-making, reporting, data collection, and related functions.
- Leverage machine learning (ML) models and implement solutions to meet business objectives.
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
- Develop and maintain software to enhance data governance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and storage systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to engineering improvements.
- Create and implement code for products, services, or features, ensuring reuse where applicable.
- Troubleshoot live site issues as part of product development and during Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) rotations.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies by continuously investing time in skill development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, software development, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with various data stores, including RDBMS, in-memory caches, and document databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in developing applications on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) within a continuous delivery environment.
- Strong problem-solving, implementation, and communication skills.
- A high degree of intellectual curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data engineering projects with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, data pipelines, and/or Business Intelligence development.
- Experience in machine learning, anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and exploratory data analysis.
- Understanding of the value of data, data exploration, and fostering a data-driven organizational culture.
- Business Intelligence expertise or experience with visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience implementing data systems using C#, Python, Scala, or similar programming languages.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
