Key Responsibilities for Trainee:
- Execute transactional services accurately and promptly as defined in the global product catalogue for internal customers, in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
- Receive customer calls, register notifications in the CRM tool, dispatch engineers, upload engineer productive hours, close notifications, and conduct NPS surveys.
- Perform assigned tasks in a timely manner with the highest standards of quality.
- Rigorously follow up on and close pending queries and open topics, taking full ownership.
- Report handled activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
- Adhere to a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions daily.
- Be flexible to work in shifts and during month-end periods.
Key Responsibilities for Management Trainee:
- Sales / Commercial Finance: Conduct customer credit assessments, engage in contract negotiations, perform risk analysis and mitigation at the pre-order stage, manage financing, and oversee collections.
- Factory/Operations Finance: Manage various financial aspects of factory operations, including revenue, costs, and balance sheet positions such as fixed assets and inventories.
- Commercial Project Management: Oversee projects of varying magnitudes, manage separate P&Ls, participate in financial decisions, and handle financial reporting during the project execution phase. Identify and assess financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Service Finance: Manage service operations for spare parts, repairs, and field services for Siemens Energy businesses, including order-to-cash processes and financial reporting.
- Controlling: Perform financial controlling for segments or business units, including budgeting and forecasting across functions. Conduct monthly analysis of financial statements, identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a university degree.
- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Have knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP, and/or an educational background in logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Exhibit good communication and customer service skills.
