Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall Functional/Business Operations and various Transformation initiatives.
- Develop and validate business cases for initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage workshops involving various stakeholders to establish consensus.
- Establish financial performance and tracking mechanisms for diverse initiatives.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc usage reports, providing Leadership with current insights and actionable information.
- Identify and promote success stories, recognizing associated stakeholders within the organizational landscape.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing/branding team, providing support for communications and launching sponsored programs on internal and external channels.
- Optimize stakeholder communications processes to ensure the timely delivery of content to relevant parties.
- Track and analyze the initiative process, recommending corrective steps or enhancements as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Previous experience as a PMO with involvement in Transformation projects/programs/initiatives, preferably in HR.
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Proficient in data analysis, dashboard creation, and delivering executive presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to track multiple transformation initiatives.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint for data aggregation and analytics.
- Skilled in creative content creation, blogging, and running campaigns.
