Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer configuration issues and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring adherence to all processes and agreed-upon standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience with Atlassian Cloud products.
- Understand customer use cases, troubleshoot issues, and devise and implement workarounds for product bugs.
- Contribute to product knowledge by creating Knowledge Base articles and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep case management content current.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1+ years of experience in customer or support-facing roles.
- Understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and cloud computing.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of OAuth-based authentication, SSL, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with other authentication technologies and services such as SSO, IdPs, SAML, and OAuth.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, display curiosity and resilience, and possess a growth mindset and solution-oriented approach aligned with Atlassian’s core values.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, especially in high-stress or ambiguous situations.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in a customer-facing environment.
- Logical approach to problem-solving with strong troubleshooting experience.
- Experience collaborating with peers or teams across multiple locations is an advantage.
- Flexibility to cover a fixed shift, including weekends on a rotational basis, to meet customer needs.
- Ability to pivot focus towards a dedicated support channel (e.g., chat) as required to meet customer demands.
