This includes tasks such as planning, designing, and executing according to given specifications, completing design documentation, and integrating subsystems with guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others while using own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems, such as performing a subset of activities related to different software development phases, including software requirement specifications and feasibility studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze, design, develop, and test products, services, improvements, and bug resolutions for integrated hardware and software systems based on customer requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve customer trouble tickets, diagnose complex problems involving hardware, software, or a combination of both, and provide resolutions or recommend corrective actions. Plan technical requirements based on customers\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop software and hardware build-controlled production releases, including main and update releases, service packages, maintenance updates, and customer design engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define product hardware and software evolutions through the creation and release of relevant documentation, change control management, and notifications for suppliers and customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retain technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies, providing training to lower support teams (Tier 2 and Tier 3).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply and maintain quality standards, participating in process and tool evolutions and improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply the software care process, especially in emergency cases, contributing to the fastest problem restoration when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Impact<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for the quality and accuracy of own output, with errors potentially having limited impact on the function, project, or customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver outputs according to specific operational targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scope &amp; Contribution<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Individual Contributor: Participate as an individual contributor to the team, usually in a support role or entry-level professional capacity.
