The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>State Street<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Apprentice<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ M.Tech\/ MCA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Recent Batches<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, Hyderabad<\/strong>,<strong> India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze business and technical requirement documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in agile team meetings, including stand-up calls and retrospective meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare technical documentation as required by the SDLC process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with various internal teams at State Street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand Cloud Computing fundamentals, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, NaaS, and other AWS &amp; Azure services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply DevOps concepts, such as CI\/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, and Harness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk\/Dynatrace and Grafana for presentation and dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement Site Reliability Engineering and ITIL processes using tools like ServiceNow and Jira\/Confluence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand concepts of databases, middleware, storage, and operating environments (Windows, Unix).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employ automation tools and languages (R, Python, Ansible (AAAS), RPA &#8211; Blue Prism), and Django for network configuration automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>B.Tech\/M.Tech\/MCA degree or equivalent in a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combination of academic aptitude, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate a culture of individual ownership of tasks to ensure clear personal accountability in performing the role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit the highest level of the Code of Conduct in behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and promote a &#8216;Risk Excellence&#8217; culture within the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to delegation limits and escalation procedures as required by your manager to comply with internal policies and external regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge and skills in GUI development with Java middle-tier and database back-end to create end-to-end solutions is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the software development lifecycle and common practices such as code reviews and unit testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of SQL performance tuning techniques, including query plan understanding and management, SQL tracing, database statistics, indexing techniques, etc., is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in managing and resolving issues on a live production system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates must be recent graduates and available to work on a full-time basis starting July 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At State Street, we partner with institutional investors all over the world to provide comprehensive financial services, including investment management, investment research and trading, and investment servicing.
