The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>American Express<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Data Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Master&#8217;s Degree or MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 30 (Months)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead analytics initiatives to guide product strategy for Global &amp; Large Customer customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive multiple strategic growth priorities, including building engagement triggers and expanding our product offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support and enable GCS partners with actionable, insightful analytical solutions to assist the leadership team in evaluating and driving business performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduce new approaches to transform complex customer behavioral data that benefit the entire Global Commercial organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit exceptional execution skills by resolving issues, identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and driving automation and ongoing refinement of analytical frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously enhance knowledge of analytical methods and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>MBA or Master&#8217;s Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-30 months of experience in data analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovative problem solver with the ability to quickly learn and work independently on complex, unstructured initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with a keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Python and SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Hive and PySpark is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in predictive modeling\/machine learning is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At American Express, we know that with the right backing, people and businesses have the power to progress in incredible ways.
