The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>DXC Technology<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Shell Business Continuity Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore\u00a0<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct discovery calls to evaluate incidents and determine qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle assigned technical Major Incident (MI) calls based on incident evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to Major Incident Management processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input high-quality major incident updates in ServiceNow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate Major Incident Control Documents for all opened MIs in the region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the Operational Dashboard in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver timely business and technical updates to stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange follow-up MI meetings for technical restoration and business updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take responsibility for service resolution\/restoration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Major Incident Business and Technical calls towards service restoration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Major Incident resolution within the service level agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close Major Incident tickets within seven working days post-restoration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure appropriate team members are involved from Suppliers\/Vendors, Application support, ROCs, 3rd party, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply Kepner Tregoe (KT) methodology to solve complex incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule and conduct necessary meetings, including closures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transition active Major Incidents and corresponding MI Control Documents to the next Region\/Shift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the On-Call rotation for ROC Situation Managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate situations as needed to ROC Manager, GCC MI Management, Delivery Manager, or MI Owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Disaster Recovery activity calls for the IT Service continuity team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in specific MIs to address threats to business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee quarterly Integrated Simulated Disaster testing activities for Datacenters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide backup support for GOC Shift Leader(s) as a GOC Major Incident Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively monitor events in the Command Center and coordinate with business and vendors for resolution and restoration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Global Monitoring Operations team to resolve early observed events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to proactive problem management efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer recommendations and feedback for Operational work instruction improvements to GOC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in Training Guild progression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates high motivation, self-initiative, a positive demeanor, and the capacity for independent decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses the ability to analyze and adjust to evolving situations, processes, and environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in identifying opportunities for process and operational enhancements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, including experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pays close attention to detail and ensures adherence to assigned tasks and responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds a comprehensive technical understanding spanning servers, networks, and exchange systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brings prior operational experience, ideally with ITIL certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable in a client-facing role, adept at managing client interactions effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DXC Technology helps global companies run their mission-critical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.
