Analyze, refine, synthesize, translate, and ensure documentation in a universally understandable format for all stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aid others in expressing ideas and requirements in the necessary team format, such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assume responsibility for the team&#8217;s outcomes in identifying and delivering systems, solutions, and features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate business requirements to guide future state design, while assisting teams in understanding the requirements and their alignment with the overall strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements. Ensure alignment with key strategic principles and translation from business operations, objectives, or external requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to gather and document functional and non-functional needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An appropriate business analyst certification is required for this role.
