The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Cognizant<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate or Post Graduate\/ Doctorate Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business\/ Customer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with customers minimally under supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate understanding of domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies (e.g., SOP, QC checklists).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PV\/Complaints Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Input data from source documents into relevant Clinical\/Safety databases, ensuring adherence to turnaround times and accuracy standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle critical\/sensitive transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CDM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Execute data management activities, including data cleaning, manual and system checks, tracker updates, discrepancy and query management, and database lock activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Team Leaders (TLs) to identify and address activities not meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Archive necessary information for audit purposes in compliance with quality and security requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas, providing technical oversight when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project\/Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Tackle complex problems and escalate to Supervisor\/Line Manager when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle first-level processing of transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet quality requirements and achieve targets\/volumes within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify and address issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and report process changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to mandatory industry regulations and compliance requirements for the assigned process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate\/ Post Graduate\/ Doctorate degree in life sciences\/Pharmacy\/Medical sciences\/Registered Nurse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in aggregate (PSUR) reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competence in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cognizant is a global professional services firm that transforms clients business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
