The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Teradata&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Payroll Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/\u00a0Master\u2019s\u00a0Degree<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/\u00a02023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain payroll records by accurately collecting, calculating, and inputting data, including intricate calculations related to departmental specializations, car allowances, wage garnishments, retroactive payments, and overtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update payroll records promptly by recording changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department\/division transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the timely and precise completion of all payroll operations by managing workflow effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate year-to-date (YTD) documents necessary for reconciliation and audit purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) for payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor tickets and emails, ensuring responses are provided within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in documenting audit requirements for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations and other internal control activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer backup support for team members during absences and as necessary to manage workloads and meet service level deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to special projects, ad-hoc assignments, and initiatives directed by management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the confidentiality of operational, professional, and personal information, respecting privacy protocols at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s degree in accounting &amp; finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate experience in payroll processing within a large multinational company setting in Europe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Peoplesoft, Fusion, as well as ADP developed software including workforce, HCM, and Payforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit a working knowledge of relevant government regulations, coupled with advanced proficiency in the MS Office package, particularly Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Showcase experience with business processes and best practices concerning payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong project management abilities, along with meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Peoplesoft, Fusion, and ADP developed software including workforce, HCM, and Payforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit the capability to collaborate and engage with other departments and vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess the initiative to take the lead in researching and resolving issues as they arise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show proficiency in taking ownership of special projects and delivering successful outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display operational accounting skills and expertise in Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Teradata, we believe that people thrive when empowered with better information.
