Provide prior intimation to BM about the change, cc-ing BU digital leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share Inventory export from Quickbase with BU Digital Leads every 3 months for review. Request changes in channel records and update inventory accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and update users and their access levels in 1Password monthly, referencing 1Password reports for user level changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send email to 1Password users inactive for the last 3 months to confirm their presence. Remove users who have left the business\/agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and update Rackspace emails every 3 months. Check mailboxes not opened in the last year. Manage mailbox administration on Rackspace (Create New Mailbox; Close Account; Reset Password).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical support for QuickBase implementations and functionalities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist SM lead in planning and executing the social media audit for 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review channels on QuickBase not in 1Password, and vice versa. Coordinate with agency and marketing teams to confirm channel status. Remove inactive or non-operational channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ticket Management:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of customer issues reported through the app and ensure resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues for 1Password, Quickbase, Rackspace, and social media channels promptly and accurately. Adhere to SLA guidelines based on severity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide operational support for Facebook Business Manager as needed (guided by Silvia).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product Training and Walkthroughs:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with agencies to deliver product training (1Password, Quickbase) when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate agency transitions, including onboarding new agencies and offboarding former agencies.
