The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/&nbsp;2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create accurate mapping documents in adherence to the mapping process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work towards delivering initial solution drafts for ETL\/Reporting\/Conversion coding by promptly identifying deferrable details about the mapping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support for DSD creation and responses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present analysis and design recommendations to lead MITA teams, customers, and\/or vendors to secure acceptance of the design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist ETL\/Reporting\/Conversion developers based on the mappings established.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with the configuration team and DBAs to ensure configuration synchronicity with interfaces and mappings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refine mapping documents by adding detail and addressing deferred material as questions are resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize SQL, data models, data element dictionaries, and schemas for data and business analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop unit test cases for the designated area of responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate test plan results to meet the objectives outlined in the detailed design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update technical specifications and mappings as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess analytical and data analysis skills within a technical environment, preferably in SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have knowledge of healthcare, particularly within a claims processing environment, preferably in Medicaid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possesses experience with QNXT\/Schema or Facets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates proficiency in data mapping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds healthcare and business knowledge in areas such as member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, and pharmacy claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits good oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates good to excellent SQL skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has experience with conversion, interface, and reporting tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
