The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Synopsys<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Accounts Payable \/ Receivable, Staff<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate repayment plans with customers who are delinquent on payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct ongoing reconciliation between customer accounts and the general ledger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate both standard and ad-hoc reports for management, including monthly Accounts Receivable (A\/R) aging reports, risk analysis summaries, and assistance with quarterly audit reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forecast cash collections and analyze historical payment trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform daily credit analysis of both new and existing customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and recommend appropriate credit limits based on risk profiles through diligent risk assessment and ongoing monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring significant credit risk and collection issues to the attention of senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review contractual payment terms and either approve or make recommendations regarding them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Tax, Operations Management (OM), and Legal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance and automate processes, and update policies and controls as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP, particularly the FSCM Collections Module, is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits a proven track record of enhancing process efficiencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A) is considered beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP, particularly the FSCM Collections Module, is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits a proven track record of enhancing process efficiencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A) is considered beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Synopsys technology is at the heart of innovations that are changing the way we live and work.
