The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/\u00a02023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create accurate mapping documents in accordance with established mapping procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop initial draft solutions for ETL\/Reporting\/Conversion tasks, swiftly identifying details that can be deferred for later resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the creation and response to Data Solution Design (DSD) requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present analysis and design recommendations to lead MITA teams, customers, and\/or vendors to gain acceptance of proposed designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to ETL\/Reporting\/Conversion developers based on the mappings produced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with the configuration team and Database Administrators (DBAs) to ensure alignment of configuration with interfaces and mappings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance mapping documents by adding additional detail and addressing deferred material as questions are resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize SQL, data models, data element dictionaries, and schemas to conduct data and business analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop unit test cases for assigned areas of responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify test plan results to ensure alignment with detailed design objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update technical specifications and mappings to reflect changes and improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess analytical and data analysis skills, particularly within a technical environment, with a preference for proficiency in SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate familiarity with healthcare practices, especially within a claims processing setting, ideally in Medicaid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold confidentiality standards and adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of establishing and sustaining positive and productive work relationships with colleagues, clients, members, providers, and customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in QNXT\/Schema understanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive healthcare and business comprehension encompassing member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, and pharmacy claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong to excellent SQL proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective oral and written communication aptitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in data mapping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in conversion, interface, and reporting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
