Experience in AML and KYC\/CDD\/TM\/Correspondent Banking\/SAR operations, or broader banking operations, with intermediate to expert-level familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Screening comprehension and capability to resolve matches efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serving as the primary contact for TM inquiries and promptly escalating any suspicious activities to financial crime compliance (FCC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possessing effective communication skills, including fluency in English, and adept at interpersonal interactions and relationship management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrating strong time management, organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities, along with effective multitasking skills.
