Additionally, accountable for HC tracking summary, project mapping, and system updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to stakeholders by generating weekly\/monthly reports for inventory tracking, backlog, and shipment reports, as well as gathering data and submitting reports in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the accurate and timely completion of activities while maintaining complete ownership and accountability throughout the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with HQ and global region teams, engaging in regular interactions for reviews, driving transition calls, and documenting processes for all activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability required for evening calls to participate in reviews and transition activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Science, B Tech, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Diploma in Business Analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Administration from a reputable B-school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possessing 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in business analysis and operations activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Excel, demonstrating the ability to utilize its functions effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of focusing on details, multitasking, and executing activities in a timely manner while maintaining quality output.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibiting a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and enhance skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to accommodate evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on a regular basis, demonstrating flexibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills to address complex issues effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are engineers, scientists and business strategists.
