The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Rackspace Technology<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Customer Success Associate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remote (Work From Home)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor incoming customer ticket requests and appropriately route them for efficient resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond directly to customer inquiries regarding specific task responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and advance open tickets within agreed-upon time scales to ensure timely customer\/internal responses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively take ownership of and work on tickets to achieve resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify common or recurring operational issues in support queues and assist customers in reaching resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify areas where ticket volumes could be reduced and managed more efficiently through process or management changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate support requests (phone\/ticket) following established escalation procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage support requests, coordinating efforts between Rackspace and Customer support teams to meet agreed-upon timeframes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to company security policies and procedures as directed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize business knowledge, networks, and commercial acumen to see tickets through to completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully handle ticket workload to meet established targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gauge customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) Ticket scores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold performance accuracy measures in ticket resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aim for a world-class Net Promoter Score, including NPS-T scores, with a target of 80%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with every customer within their assigned customer base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efficiently manage tickets and workloads to ensure optimal productivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are the multicloud solutions experts.
