The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Colgate&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong><strong>Junior Analyst\/ Associate Analyst<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/ CA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Review and validate invoices and check requests for accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate and actively participate in continuous improvement projects within the invoicing process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a consistently high level of efficiency and accuracy in all invoicing activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the implementation and maintenance of adequate controls over the invoicing process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to meet management requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the accurate deduction of withholding rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct vendor account reconciliation, resolving discrepancies and obtaining necessary sign-offs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze aged vendor balances and address any resulting issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review debit balances in vendor accounts and facilitate their resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scrutinize open Purchase Orders, identifying and highlighting exceptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform duplicate invoice checks to prevent errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Chartered Accountants to obtain remittance certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address level 2 support inquiries from suppliers and internal customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate, analyze, and clear the Goods Received\/Invoice Received (GRIR) report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and promptly resolve all audit queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand and process Goods in Transit and accrual entries during the periodic closing of books.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/ CA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possesses a strong comprehension of international accounting practices, particularly for the South Pacific region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in using MS Office\/Google Suite for various tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience working with SAP, showcasing familiarity with the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the procurement process is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits analytical skills and the ability to perform under stress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shows dedication towards achieving excellence in tasks and responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage own time efficiently and prioritize feature work to ensure optimal completion within deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are Colgate, a caring, innovative growth company that is reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets, and our planet.
