The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Walmart<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst Business Support<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create, modify, and close Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP MM\/SAP Ariba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocate and manage incoming requests using internal tools such as ServiceNow, mailbox, IP2P, and other sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor Team Inboxes for requests and promptly respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, or invoice updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of requests, providing timely follow-up and support throughout the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders regarding the status, changes, or details of Purchase Requisitions\/Purchase Orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, actively participating in innovative initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reduce the Turn Around Time (TAT) of the overall procurement request cycle time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all tasks and activities are completed within the specified TAT to meet SLAs for your cluster\/region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through change management and obtain quarterly sign-offs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Have 0-2 years of work experience in Procure-to-Pay operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideal to have exposure to SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, and knowledge of the India GST structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in using Excel and Power Point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities with a positive &#8220;can-do&#8221; attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize customer focus and demonstrate adaptability to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re a tech powerhouse that innovates for the world\u2019s largest retailer \u2013 Walmart.
