This includes activities such as requirements gathering, planning, development, implementation, stakeholder management, and ongoing support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the People Analytics ecosystem to translate research, program, and people support initiatives into unified data platforms for critical user groups, including Google\u2019s Leaders and People Partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influence, query, and analyze large datasets to distill insights and connect disparate ideas into well-grounded recommendations using creative, structured, and problem-solving thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the enhancement of shared analyst infrastructure, such as the code base and business intelligence stack, while continuously innovating on infrastructure for the analyst community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize data visualization and analytical skills to simplify business flows and convey compelling data narratives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a quantitative field or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold 2 years of experience in developing front-end reporting within enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) suites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data sets to distill meaningful insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience collaborating on projects that involve multiple teams, managing client relationships, and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in using R, Python, or other scripting languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prioritize client service, emphasizing creativity and diligence in delivering solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess excellent people management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A problem isn\u2019t truly solved until it\u2019s solved for all.
