Collaborate with TCs as needed to provide insights supporting TC Leadership Teams in managing cost and FTE commitments, facilitating relevant decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate the delivery of Finance-mandated activities, ensuring a consistent approach and timely delivery of high-quality outputs by working closely with TCs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer subject matter expertise and collaborative partnership to key stakeholders across the HR Function, emphasizing precision in FTE and Commercials management, including the identification of cost-reduction opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to derive insights and construct a compelling narrative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting high-quality papers that provide clear updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resilience &#8211; the ability to respond positively to changes, maintaining poise, focus, and flexibility when facing difficulties or obstacles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to support in managing costs and FTE, including the development of reporting and the delivery of budget and forecast processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting high-quality papers with clear updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to present and explain complex subject matter to a diverse range of stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant experience within HR, Group Finance, and\/or Business Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Barclays is a British universal bank.
