The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Qualcomm<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Accountant, Associate\/ Finance Analyst<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 2 Years<\/strong>)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, Hyderabad<\/strong>,<strong> India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Accountant, Associate:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and execute general accounting activities in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and accurately record standard entries supported by proper documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct activities necessary for month-end closing, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, General Ledger (GL) analysis, Trial Balance (TB) review, variance analysis, and other ad-hoc support as required by the business, meeting respective business deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations in adherence to Qualcomm Policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate ad-hoc reports for Headquarters, the local controllership team, and other finance functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide timely and relevant financial data along with supporting documentation to internal and external auditors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition to the main tasks and responsibilities mentioned above, fulfill any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor or manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Finance Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage individual responsibilities involving month-end activities, reporting, system updates, and Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) tasks, including basic analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure regular updates and maintenance of data in the financial system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate and approve expenses in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to the team and stakeholders in various finance activities such as the budget process, outlooks, variance analysis, monthly operating expense reports, journal entries, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned activities with a focus on ownership and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders to offer financial support-related activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Headquarters (HQ) with month-end close reporting activities, actively engaging in reviews, driving transition calls, and documenting processes for all activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be available for evening calls to participate in reviews and facilitate the transition of activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional ad-hoc finance activities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Commerce or Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance or Business from a reputable college.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting (B.Com Graduate) with 0-2 years of demonstrated accounting experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in accounting within a multi-GAAP environment and shared service center is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) instance, preferably Oracle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to quickly learn and understand standards and processes, and adhere to them accurately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses strong fundamental organization and prioritization skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adopts a flexible approach with a robust team spirit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits effective interpersonal and communication skills with a highly professional demeanor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are engineers, scientists and business strategists.
