Any agency experience should be additional to this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates excellent domain knowledge in at least two business domains, such as sales, growth, strategy &amp; operations, category management, creative, marketing, operations, finance, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Exhibits strong skills in sourcing, candidate pipeline management, and compensation negotiation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displays excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders and driving meaningful conversations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in the latest technology and trends within the recruiting space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses a data-driven mindset and a proven ability to make decisions based on data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovative in developing frugal yet impactful methods for building and engaging the talent pipeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meesho is the fastest growing e-commerce company in India.
