The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Ericsson<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Management Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/\u00a02023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support end-to-end training for different Marketing Authorizations (MA) and Global programs as per the defined scope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input and update courses and Learning Objects into the Learning Management System (LMS) according to approved and defined standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build course items, schedule offerings, and upload\/retire content in the LMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly update cases in the case management system to supervise Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and volume.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle the class roster, monitor enrollment, and provide status updates to stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide records and generate management reports as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address or escalate LMS issues to responsible groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate information in the LMS for employees and managers to find applicable learning events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with training participants, course facilitators, and, when necessary, external vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage non-LMS activities, including training room booking, refreshment booking, instructor procurement, and training material booking and procurement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support with related learning tools outside of the LMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on cases if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform second-line support for employees and operational line managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align with regional and global mandatory directives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent and pursuing MBA in HR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Structured and accurate way of working.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate Excel skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service attitude; able to say \u2018no\u2019 when requested services are not according to standard agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eagerness to get the details first time right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-quality approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive \u2013 seeks opportunities to drive improvements and persists until achieved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Result\/goal oriented, organized, flexible, and a team player.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and logical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-Cultural Sensitivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open to shifting schedules across multiple time zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quick and self-learning abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Ericsson, you\u00b4ll have an outstanding opportunity.
