The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Amdocs&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Technical &amp; Business Operations Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.E\/ B.Tech\/ BCA\/ B.Sc\/ BBA\/ B.Com<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You will analyse tickets, analyse service interruptions, prioritise issues, and follow up with the appropriate teams to resolve them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll make sure that the necessary ticket data is available for additional analysis (such as an error screenshot and the customer ID), and you&#8217;ll use methods and procedures to address issues that are well-known or frequently occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will put your talents to use by making efficient use of the documentation and knowledge base that is already in place to achieve first-level and rapid wins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will manage the queue to assign tickets to other teams, follow up to ensure a prompt resolution, and monitor SLAs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In accordance with SOPs, you will update checklists for quality control and progress monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By monitoring and publishing the SLA achievement, you&#8217;ll make sure that the changeover between shifts runs smoothly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a point of contact, you will make sure that all communications and paperwork are crystal clear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will validate, verify, and correct system artefacts (such as reports, invoices, event records, screens, and so on) as necessary. Any mistakes found will be reported and appropriately documented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will use the web interface, run jobs and maps, carry out basic configuration and installation, and create backups when operating a software system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Science\/IT\/Computer Science or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>At least one programming language writing experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record in Production Support\/Application Support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability to work a variety of shifts, including morning, general, afternoon, and night.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amdocs helps those who build the future to make it amazing.
