The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Flipkart<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Lead HR Partner<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ PG\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India\/ Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>In charge of the ER-IR Capability Building Charter, including ER Champ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work together with the leadership of Ops and HR to develop both short-term and long-term learning initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse training needs to determine and create learning interventions for individuals, teams, business units, and organisations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the creation of training materials from beginning to end, including e-modules, learning snippets, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct learning sessions, whether they be live or recorded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the trainer pool to guarantee the efficient and successful execution of the yearly training schedule, particularly with regard to the ER Champ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track the competencies of the current trainer pool and find and train new trainers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out proactive measures, such as but not restricted to TTT programmes for trainers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse data and assess the success of learning initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and manage a large number of vendors to provide deliverables on schedule and on budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the helm of the ER-IR&#8217;s Grievance Management Charter, which includes Aawaaz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the leadership of Operations and Human Resources to implement and institutionalise Aawaaz in facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and launch governance committees for decision-making, ownership, and problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather information from various sources and keep databases up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use statistical methods to analyse data to determine trends and pinpoint areas for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make contact with ER Champs PAN India to keep a proactive attitude and address any issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to make sure that all complaints within their purview are amicably and promptly resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance with Programme Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer back-end assistance for data analysis and status updates for numerous programmes, including FLAVP, FLAIR, CLM, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with several HR Partners across India to drive on-the-ground execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out risk analysis and assist in creating new frameworks and activities to reduce hazards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan training sessions, recurring meetings, leadership updates, etc. and monitor results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate\/ PG\/ MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prior knowledge of learning and development, particularly in terms of design and implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of ER-IR &amp; contract labour management in collaboration with people managers for blue-collar personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commitment to execution through coordination with numerous parties and effective communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical abilities with the ability to compile, organise, analyse, and then act on large amounts of unprocessed data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Flipkart, we\u2019re driven by our purpose of empowering every Indian\u2019s dream by delivering value through innovation in technology and commerce.
