Convert technical findings into suggestions and methods that may be put into practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create reports that, in a clear and understandable format suitable for Customer Operations and Company assessments, will standardise reporting across the operational areas mentioned above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A track record of success in sophisticated data analysis, ideally in customer-focused environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce, as well as familiarity with customer service management solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of data modelling, machine learning, and statistical techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of cloud architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge with Microsoft Fabric is preferable but not required.
