It also has a thorough understanding of the campaign management domain, KPIs, ROI, and channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ad-hoc analytic requests, campaign performance analysis, and providing advice on how to make campaigns more profitable fall under this responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilises tools like Hive, Python, Excel, etc. to analyse both internal and external customer data to find opportunities across the retail bank customer lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluates consumer online and offline behaviour and offers recommendations for improving the targeting approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\/B and Multi-variate test analysis, communication of findings, and recommendation-making are done to boost marketing effectiveness and promote budget optimisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In charge of forecasting campaign\/product performance for both short- and long-term cohorts, supported by data and business justifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To increase sales and growth for Retail Bank products and to have an impact on decisions based on data behaviour, work closely with the Marketing, Pricing, and Decision Management departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As the knowledge owner for customer and market data, advises other marketing functions (e-commerce\/website, online\/offline advertising, brand, product development).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication abilities, as well as the capacity to collaborate with partners from various fields and team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adept at using Python and Hive\/SQL to manage and manipulate data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Citi\u2019s mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.
