The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Teleperformance<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Trainer\/ Quality Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ Undergraduates\/ 12th Pass<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 3 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Across India\/ Work From Home<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Trainer:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Should complete monthly cyclic activities such as refresher training, update training, and PKT. \u2022 Should conduct new hire training and soft skills\/negotiation skill training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be aware of the training needs and the educational needs of various learning groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with Quality and Operations to locate, evaluate, and carry out process improvement strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The capacity to complete training activities and assignments quickly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to deliver and help with process improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept responsibility for new hires&#8217; OJT performance, including attrition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Quality Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of both critical and non-critical failures, keep track of each advisor&#8217;s calls and offer them with rapid feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor calls at random to make that client\/TP requirements are upheld. \u2022 Be responsible for meeting quality-related service levels on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As required by the business, BAU, business intelligence audits, and other compliance audits must be managed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly update team members on the group&#8217;s performance and any problems that require escalation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To collaborate as a team and meet the goals set out by clients \u2022 To be adaptable and regularly inspire the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate\/ Undergraduates\/ 12th pass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Good analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to do multi-task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work well in and promote a team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People Management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills are required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be very good with MS Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multi-task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management.
