The primary responsibility is to create PMRs, Tickets, and Cases in the tool and forward them to the technical team for further resolution. Additionally, to inform technicians to deliver services to consumers within the agreed-upon time limit (Service Level Agreement).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet your KPI goals, such as those for Customer Satisfaction Scores (NPS), No Escalations, AHT, etc. The job description may also call for handling escalations at times and serving as shift leader on the weekends in the absence of designated supervisors.
