The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Sutherland<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Associate -Trans Processing<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad\/ Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Associate ProfessionalDefine Sutherland&#8217;s Reputation: This position is responsible for providing a full range of accounting support for the FTP clients.\u00a0 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The incumbent will be responsible for producing financial statements and working closely with transaction processing staff on finance\/accounting matters. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accuracy: Works with accounting team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports\/statements, analyzes income statement accounts and reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly, general ledger accounts, identifies issues, and makes recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle Up-to-Date Information: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules for management personnel, external auditors, and SEC reporting, prepares monthly journal entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strenghten Relationships: Collaborates with business units to develop division budgets and records in financial system, works with Manager, peers and staff in the development of a customer-centered work group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be Analytical and Creative: Executes mechanisms to measure customer satisfaction and works with Manager and staff to improve overall levels of customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 0-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, and Excel as well as working knowledge of financial systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good grasp of fundamental accounting concepts and ability to apply that knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge\/experience in the application of generally accepted accounting principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service orientation as demonstrated in previous relevant roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage relationships with employees and staff within the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated analytical skills to review financial data and produce reports and statements that meet company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiative to take ownership of business unit accounting work to allow financial analysts to focus on providing financial support to business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference for working in a service-oriented environment where continuous improvement of business processes is expected. \u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutherland is an experience-led digital transformation company.
