The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Nielsen<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst\/ Schedule Editor<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai\/ Work From Home<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Execute procedures to meet internal\/external SLA\u2019s with high quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train and certify, as applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to all standard operating procedures and business policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute data entry via databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and recommend solutions for process improvements, in addition to supporting the implementation of new processes and programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with clients to complete day to day BAU activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability, as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to client inquiries via Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and\/or Client Service Representatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and respond to E&amp;Y Audit requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Process\/Team Lead with the creation of and data gathering for KPI &amp; Metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Process Lead\/Team with UAT Testing for new software releases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Acquire, normalize and enhance entertainment metadata (television electronic programming guides) from various content providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process and manipulate data required to ingest correctly into in-house software tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curate and rewrite synopsis as needed for movies, shows and episodes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that high-quality, accurate and timely, evergreen content is created in the Gracenote database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate directly with Gracenote clients, partners, and internal teams to meet immediate production needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate, query and confirm questionable programming content when applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run quality and assurance checks via systematic reports looking at the live database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to team and department projects as assigned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and sourcing content as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Uses logic to analyze data and capability to draw conclusions and convey results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English language, effective writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient with use of Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours, as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typing speed should be good.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The candidate must be passionate about consuming Podcasts, TV shows, and movies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A thorough understanding of metadata and its applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good professional English language skills, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to switch between British, American and Australian English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive approach to implementing workflow efficiencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong client service orientation and excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest in and working knowledge of the local, national and international&nbsp;TV scene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The candidate must be willing to work in shift operations and during Indian holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nielsen shapes the world\u2019s media and content as a global leader in audience insights, data and analytics.
