The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Unilever<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst\/ Data Scientist<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore<\/strong>,<strong> India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain employee records in Workday through JML lifecycle (Workday data entry, maintenance, and support).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute pre-onboarding and probation administration, including pre-employee checks for new joiners and set up new employee records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update cost centres in systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute online exit process, including digital exit surveys and maintenance of digital alumni records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Owns HR systems and data management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support with interactions with Senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving simplification of HR processes and promoting data based organizational.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>decisions as well as accurate HR data management across the systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for data entry for payroll instructions including creation of WD compensation worksheet templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for all cost center, finance and billing related queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Data Scientist:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Define and develop new approaches for capturing structured and unstructured data which can be used for modeling and insight generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop new modeling capabilities using AI \/ ML and deep learning algorithms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse complex data sets using a diverse set of statistical and modelling techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute data pre-processing activities to ensure data is fit for analytics and predictive model development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop MVP tools for custom business projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should be able to develop Design of experiments (DOE) approaches for physical experiments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Should have an excellent understanding and experience in Advance Excel, Creating Macros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should be tech savvy and have an analytical mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interact and engage with HR and Business stakeholders and teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own data accuracy and maintenance of the data in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support any internal and external audit requirements where data from the HR systems is required, and ensure all findings are investigated and resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all standard reporting requirements into the business are delivered on time and accurately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and due diligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have excellent communication skills and is a Master of Office applications (Advanced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excel skills required) and ideally also Workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-centricity.
