The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Springworks<\/strong> <\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Customer Success Associate<\/strong>\/ Data Entry Intern<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ 12th Pass<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 4 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Permanent\u00a0<\/strong>Work From Home<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Get involved in the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding through the duration of their subscription period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide product training to enable the customers to realize the potential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to the clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build value-based relationships with clients and create winners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities of upselling and cross-selling along with the Account Managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify appropriate business use cases where it can be deployed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define, track, measure and report key metrics that need to be monitored to improve Partner&#8217;s conversion rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and brain-storm with the product team on customer feedback and help refine product roadmap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Devise mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementation of programs as per timelines..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A highly organized &amp; responsive person who can multi-task with efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with Global Customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displays a true passion for customers and for Customer Success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of product integrations, API documents would be appreciated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail, Strong communication skills (via phone, email, chat).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in using Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Springworks, we&#8217;re on a mission to revolutionize the world of People Operations.
