The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Wipro<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business\u00a0Analyst\/ Quality Assurance\u00a0Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ Post Graduate\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022<\/strong>\/&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad\/ Mumbai<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Business\u00a0Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and engage with relevant stakeholders to get the required inputs for several tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Executing initiatives for freshers engagement like rolling out the survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring Fireside chat for themes like Inclusion &amp; Diversity (I&amp;D) perspective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring Inclusion &amp; Diversity (I&amp;D) programs &#8211; recommending such in other tracks as well wherever it can be incorporated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible to ensure the communication\/announcement mailers of new leaders joining are flashed by gathering required inputs and connecting with right SPOCs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working from strategic perspectives with extended teams within &amp; outside OCIO more from process improvement aspect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating the PMO team by resolving the \u2018gaps\u2019 highlighted by them as per the PMDF framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct various process audits (1 audit\/ agent\/ week) as perprocedure and guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For agents identified in the bottom quartile of performance,conduct 3 audits\/ agent\/ week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare findings from the report and share it with the clientand the account leadership on daily\/ weekly\/ monthly, as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct weekly analysis to identify the error trends and for top2 errors, conduct root cause analysis (RCA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct calibration communication to communicate any changesfrom the client and conduct refresher trainings to bridge any skill gapdue to these changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledgeable about the competency requirements. Demonstrates (inparts) frequently with minimal support and guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistently demonstrates the full range of the competency without guidance. Extends the competency to difficult and unknown situations as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applies the competency in all situations and is serves as a guide to others as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaches others and builds organizational capability in the competency area.
