Plus lead and mentor associates to synthesise, understand and build relevant analytics based solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop good understanding of data sources, metadata and quickly zero in on the most appropriate data relevant for a problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build complex data sets from multiple data sources, both internal and external.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead in development of advanced methods leveraging MLs via R and Python while sourcing data from cloud environments. Design, build and implement ML models within GCP, Azure and Hive environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop business intelligence tools using various platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with Senior Analytics, Product and Business leadership as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate insights to business &amp; other stakeholders with careful attention to detail, high quality along with effective storytelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Business&nbsp;Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the\u00a0supplier onboarding\u00a0activities including requalification and\u00a0any subsequent exit management of suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with MDM for vendor status change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle vendor termination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital Signatures \u2013 Send contractual documents for Walmart and vendor signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate different documents from vendor for onboarding \/ requalification process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a bridge between vendor and business for smooth execution of process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical acumen with technical expertise in data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis and deep learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert in SQL, R and Python. Experience using machine learning and deep learning libraries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in using data visualisation tools like Tableau and Looker and be able to drive powerful insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with large data sets and distributed computing tools (Map\/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, and\/or Spark).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge on deploying models into production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in operating from a cloud environment such as Google Could Platform or Microsoft Azure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, plus ability to work with cross functional teams of technical and non-technical members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to understand the business and have good stakeholder management capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of working in cross-functional environment and leading or mentoring teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re a tech powerhouse that innovates for the world\u2019s largest retailer \u2013 Walmart.
