Over a period of time, you will engage with seniors in the team on a regular basis to grow your understanding of the Practice Area and deliver deep insights to our Case and Knowledge teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BCG&#8217;s People &amp; Organization Practice (POP) offers advisory and transformation services that clearly focus on business value creation through People and Organization. BCG&#8217;s POP expertise is concentrated in four critical areas: Organization Design, People Strategy, Change Management, and Agile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree minimum (Human Resources, Psychology) with a high academic record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-1 year of relevant working experience, in a Consulting or Research organization.
