The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Rackspace Technology<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Customer Success Associate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remote (Work From Home)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor inbound customer ticket requests and route appropriately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond directly to customer information requests for specific task responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and progress open tickets within agreed time scales to ensure customer\/internal response receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively take ownership and work tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify common\/recurring operational issues in support queues and support customer to resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify areas in which ticket volumes could be reduced and managed more efficiently through process or management change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalates support requests (phone\/ticket) according to escalation procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage support requests and co-ordinate Rackspace\/Customer support teams to deliver within agreed timescales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedure as directed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizing business knowledge, networks and commercial acumen to see tickets through to completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ticket workload completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer satisfaction.\u00a0 Based on NPS Ticket score.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance accuracy measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strive towards a world class target of 80% for the Net Promoter Score including NPS-T scores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement of every customer within their customer base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ticket and workload management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are the multicloud solutions experts.
