The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Genpact<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Management Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>PAN India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Initiate auto interface of bank file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle Auto and Manual payments (EFT, Wire, Lockbox, Cheques and BOE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling group mailbox -remittance index and queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download remittances through customer portals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking of Incoming Payments and allocating them to the invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordinate with collections and deduction teams for resolutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling Direct debit process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling of Credit note payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and apply unapplied and unidentified cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling Provisions &amp; Write-offs process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform auto and manual matching of debits and credits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Archiving supporting documents for the payments applied and manual clearings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting periodical\/on the spot regarding the activity process indicators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in scope process related ad hoc requests from Business group and local units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver the required data for audit purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Key Metric\u2019s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily usage of client\u2019s tools for the assigned activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement improvements to current processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University student\/ graduate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant domain experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System proficiency in MS Office Tools especially MS excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work with SAP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills, ability to cooperate with external and internal customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving and decision-making ability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer service orientation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team Alignment (team player; supports and respects others).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accountability and responsibility (personally driving change and using operational discipline to deliver on the promise).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting knowledge \u2013 Relevant experience in Cash Applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Genpact is a global professional services firm delivering the outcomes that transform our clients&#8217; businesses and shape their future.
