The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Sutherland<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate \u2013 Account Management<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ Undergraduate<\/strong>\/ <strong>12th Pass<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Work From Home<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Take a high volume of inbound Customer calls on a variety of different issues e.g. product enquires, billing\/refunds, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update and input Customer details and contact notes accurately into the system(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve Customer problems in a timely fashion &amp; Deliver on Customer commitments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with other departments within program in the event a Customer call cannot be resolved at first point of contact, e.g. Conflict on Billing or Refund Issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior customer service experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutherland is an experience-led digital transformation company.
