The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>American Express<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst\/ Operations Support<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage agent scheduling, off the phone activities, and training coordination in WFM tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing, producing, and implementing specialist shift patterns that acknowledge the requirements of the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend schedule adjustments, changes and off-phone activities based on staffing needs and changing business\u00a0requirements while ensuring accurate tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing and leveraging close relationships with business partners to enable successful delivery on operational goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving key metrics by making considered recommendations based on identifying and analyzing data and implementing strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the prior day\u2019s performance against forecast analyzing the issues and impact on Service Level and key performance metrics in voice\/digital\/dialer LOBs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage &amp; supervise available \u2018day\u2019 resources (CCP Availability to handle calls\/chats) to ensure adequately deployed &amp; multi-skilling optimally optimized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Operations Support:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Review, action, and document root cause and resolution for customer complaints and servicing issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure complaints and servicing issues are properly coded to meet regulatory reporting requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and escalate trends and defects that have a potential legal, regulatory or servicing risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide coaching and feedback to Team Leaders and Customer Care Professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with Complaints Management Policy and other legal\/regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to ensure accuracy in all deliverables and independently oversee daily work with adherence to business requirements and process controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The incumbent should be Graduate with a bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High degree of accuracy, attention to detail &amp; ability to multitask effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Presentation of plans to senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communicator with the skills and talent to build strong and positive relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated planner and organizer with a strong work ethics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solver who can think fast, spot trends, generate new ideas and deliver on tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Performance Management (Preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Appropriately handles sensitive information with confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At American Express, we know that with the right backing, people and businesses have the power to progress in incredible ways.
