The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Tech Mahindra<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Quality Analyst\/ Operations Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, Pune (Remote)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct daily\/weekly Transaction Quality Audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide meaningful feedback and reporting to agents, team leads and management to guide improvements in agent coaching\/training, documentation, resolution model, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish Dashboards at defined intervals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive Quality and process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide data inputs to internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility and Availability for any ad-hoc business requirement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Confidentiality, Availability and Integrity of Data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive BQ Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive internal\/External Calibrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with operation manager to understand the expectation from quality and align QA activities accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in weekly quality review with operation and internal Quality stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct weekly team huddle\/session on quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication (English).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant working experience in an international Service Desk \/ Technical Support environment must;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience performing Transaction monitoring audits and providing feedback in Service desk voice and in tech trouble shooting process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of usage of MS tools-Intermediate level (Excel, word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Knowledge of QA Audit and evaluation function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching and objection handling skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of QA calibration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have good understanding of ITIL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tech Mahindra represents the connected world, offering innovative and customer-centric information technology experiences.
