The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Sutherland<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate &#8211; Back Office Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ UG\/ PG\/ M.Com\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 \u2013 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai\/ Kerala\/ Hyderabad<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Reconciliation of Bank accounts on a daily basis and maintain accurate records of information to maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate MS Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP &amp; Strong attention to detail to promote accuracy and quality of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain Corporate accounting standards by adhering to the laid out initial reconciliation process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for Bank Reconciliation, Journal entries month end closing Activities &amp; Forex differences, intercompany Reconciliations etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for preparation of accurate SLA Reports for all the General ledger accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge in Fixed Asset, General Ledger &amp; BRS preferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in detecting and fixing problems reported by the Client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the operational trainings according to the needs of the business process and the new team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>UG or PG completed graduates with good communication and Attention to detail skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three years full time Graduation: B. Com \/ BBM or MBA\/M.Com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Good grasp of fundamental accounting concepts and ability to apply that knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge\/experience in the application of generally accepted accounting principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service orientation as demonstrated in previous relevant roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage relationships with employees and staff within the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated analytical skills to review financial data and produce reports and statements that meet company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiative to take ownership of business unit accounting work to allow financial analysts to focus on providing financial support to business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference for working in a service-oriented environment where continuous improvement of business processes is expected. \u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutherland is an experience-led digital transformation company.
