The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Unilever<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst\/ Business Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022<\/strong>\/&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, Chennai<\/strong>,<strong> India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the data requirements and assess the gaps in data availability by liaising with product, market &amp; source.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with internal Data COE teams &amp; 3rd parties in data assessments, data pilots and data delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with Factory teams to plan and deliver data ingestions in UDL and BDL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with internal and external data sources to address data requirements across Products across markets and categories, globally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the Product Managers &amp; Engagement teams to ensure that data foundation demands are captured and delivered to be consumed by the products as per the product go-live roadmap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the business in change impact assessments and development of change management plans in data delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work with senior leaders to understand business problems, design needs and deliver excellent analytical solutions to address Unilever\u2019s trade spend challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and innovate new features driven by global needs to ensure TPA continues to deliver value on evolving business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and share feedback on market initiated CRs to ensure alignment with the global product roadmap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and govern global product principles, integration design, logics and KPIs to support deployment managers in landing TPX product into the market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend data logics and\/or requirements for multi-platform integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead market engagement in translating global change request into analytics requirements and developing working prototypes for obtaining signing off for build.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to apply an agile analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in driving business value realisation from data and business intelligence preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with Supply Chain datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong track record of working with senior business management to drive definition, alignment, data operating foundations to address complex business questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously in a highly VUCA and ruthless market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven capability in managing and developing teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Governance understanding preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Privacy and Quality understanding preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of working as a data engineer, data analyst or business analyst is\u00a0preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience deploying analytics product from design to business go-live is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\/Masters Degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, or Mathematics) is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Be part of the world\u2019s most successful, purpose-led business.
