The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>KPMG<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst\/ Associate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 \u2013 1 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad\/ Bangalore\/ Pune<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct external audit in accordance with the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) Auditing Standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in conducting Process understanding discussions with the Clients as part of assessing risks arising from their use of Technology and identify control gaps within their processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in evaluating and documenting the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls (GITCs and ITACs) pertaining to Client\u2019s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in performing SOC 1 and SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls) SSAE18 assessments in accordance with the attestation standards established by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in completing a quality audit and track deliverable status efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;Should have business focus, along with ability to apply technology understanding in a business context<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong visual skills to build impactful client presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in testing General IT Controls [GITCs] across the following domains preferred: Access to Programs and Data, Program Development &amp; Changes and Computer Operations across various platforms (OS, Network, DB, Application).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in testing Automated Controls [ITACs] and configurations preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, HIPAA etc. preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Critical thinking and analytical ability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations and multitask.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal drive and positive work ethic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovative mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
