Hands on the Trigo script and Java coding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MDM Workflow and validation knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in contact center development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience in Amazon Connect and contact flows for interaction and routing. Hands on experience in building bots using Amazon Lex platform and Lambda functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consuming REST\/API services. Hands on experience in designing and developing end to end conversational chat flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying intents and entities required for the conversation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Development experience in Node.js or Python would be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have an understanding about overall chatbot architecture and framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At IBM, we do more than work.
